ReSound describes Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast support for compatible Vivia and Nexia devices. Access to those functions depends on the hearing aid, phone and software. Check ReSound’s compatibility list for your exact setup, including calling, streaming and the Smart 3D app. Do not assume Omnia has the same feature set.
Compare the complete purchase, not just the device price
When comparing discounted hearing aids, request a quote for the same model, technology level and ear configuration. Check whether the price covers one device or a pair, which charger and accessories are included, and what fitting, adjustments, returns and warranty support cover. A lower device price alone does not establish a lower total cost.

How should I compare ReSound hearing aid prices?
Compare like-for-like quotes for the exact model and technology level, including one aid versus a pair. Check the selected charger, accessories, fitting and follow-up support, return conditions and warranty terms. Contact us for a quote if the price or package is unclear.
How should I compare ReSound Vivia, Nexia and Omnia?
Compare the exact housing and 9, 7 or 5 level within each family, then review phone support, charging and model-specific features. The latest generation alone does not establish the right choice for every person, and a shared level number does not guarantee identical features across platforms.
Will ReSound Auracast work with my current phone?
Check the manufacturer’s current compatibility list for both your hearing aid and phone. Bluetooth LE Audio, Auracast reception and app-based broadcast selection have specific hardware and software requirements. General Bluetooth support by itself is not enough.
Can I buy a ReSound CROS or BiCROS system?
A Nexia CROS/BiCROS listing is included in our catalog. Contact us to discuss the transmitter, compatible receiving hearing aid and complete package. Do not assume two standard hearing aids form a compatible CROS system.
