Where are you located?
Our brick and morter medical hearing aid office is located in Palm Bay, FL, USA from there we ship and remotely service hearing aids anywhere in the world!
Do you accept Insurance Plans?
Yes, we accept all major insurance plans for United States residents. We can verify your plan and coverage prior to making a purchase, please call or email us to arrange this process.
Do you offer Financing?
Yes, we have partnered with Care Credit and other major lenders to bring you financing plans with 0% APR. Financing is subject to credit eligibility determined by a 3rd party lender.
Can I come to your Palm Bay office for a Hearing Evaluation and Fitting?
Yes, you can schedule an appointment (Click Here) for a local hearing aid evaluation and/or fitting services. We also offer local delivery for our neighbors and visitors in Florida. For everyone else who is out of our local delivery range, we ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS with Free expedited 1-3 day shipping service. Read our Free USA Shipping Policy
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return & exchange period?
If you are not completely satisfied with your hearing aids within 60 days of the purchase date you can exchange your hearing aids for a different pair or receive a full refund of your purchase price. Please click here for our return policy page.
Service & Support
Do you offer After-Care services and support?
We proudly offer the best remote and in-person hearing aid after-care service plans in the world at no additional cost. If you buy a hearing aid from us, we will service it and provide support for it for the life of the hearing aid.
Shipping & Delivery
Is USA Shipping really free?
Yes, if you live in the USA we will ship your hearing aids to you completely free of charge, regardless of the model or price.
How will my Hearing Aids be shipped?
We typically use FedEx or UPS expidited shipping methods only for Hearing Aids but certain locations require us to use the United States Post-Office. If you have a preference for your shipment please let your My Hearing Ship Expert know.
How long will it take my Hearing Aids to arrive?
Typlical turn around time for Hearing Aids can take between 3-7 Business days depending on manufacturer availability. Please note that some Hearing Aids are custom ordered to assure the perfect fit and benefit for each individual customer, this process can sometime take a couple of days to be made and arrive at our lab for programming and processing.

Are the Hearing Aids you sell Authentic and Sourced in the USA?
We only sell authentic name-brand hearing aids and parts sourced in the USA as authotized dealers. Serial number verifications included with every hearing aid purchase.
